Last Starfighter--Gunstar was a stolen copyrighted design
The gunstar starship fighter design shown in the Movie--the Last Starfighter- was a design stolen from the National Archive system of the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress--registered on July--13--1984--specific markings of identification were imbedded into the design drawings--just like the treasury department imbeds markings into all currency to identify counterfeiters--any REAL treasury agent or any REAL art forgery security agent would be able to tell you that I am telling the truth-I have never signed any type of copyright licensing agreement for this unlawful usage as is required by statutory law--nor have I ever been paid for this usage as is also required by statutory law---no attempt by the studios or their representatives has ever been made to remedy the situation or to make financial reparations---DavidJWard

Sales of Paramount Studio Violates Statutory Mechanics Lien Laws
Some time back when it was announced that paramount studios had sold out to BBC---it did not seem to make an impression on the US District Courts that Paramount studios was violating statutory mechanics lien laws and rulings that before any property title exchange can be made that all mechanics liens must be paid off in full---Currently I have (filed in the past) a mechanic lien for the sum of 2 billion US Dollars against Paramount for a long series of copyright violations--statutory theft of service--and violations of Rule56 of US patent law--this mechanics lien has never been settled nor has paramount studios ever made any attempt to do so--nor has the US District Court ever made any attempt to prosecute this case and even told me that my copyright registration form was inadmissable evidence in a court case for statutory copyright violations or attempted to recover damages---DavidJWard

The design shown on the television series for the battlestar galactica colony ship was a design that was stolen from the national archive system of the copyright office of the Library of Congress in 1985--and was registered by personal appearance at the copyright office in Washington DC by DavidJWard on July9+13 -- 1984--- I have never signed any type of copyright licensing agreement or any type of copyright transfer document as is required by statutory law nor have I ever been paid for this unlawful usage as is also required by statutory law and by civil rights statutory law--at no time have any of the violators in question made any attempt in any fashion to remedy the situation or to make financial restitution--even though they have known for more than a decade that I have been telling the truth--specific markings of identification were imbedded into my design work--not to serve any purpose but just for that specific purpose of identification--any real treasury agent or any real art forgery security agent would be able to tell you that I am telling the truth---this case is going before the world court for prosecution--which also involves BBC---DavidJWard

the copyright below-SpaceCruiser-is one of the original copyright design sections for the starship Andromeda which features the starring role played by Kevin Sorbo-I have never signed a copyright transfer document or licensing agreement for this work-nor have any of the violators made any attempt to make amends or restitution-it is like they know that the US District Courts will not prosecute them for any crime that they commit!!
This develops into a case of discrimination as well as a class A felony violation of my civil rights-specifically the right to conduct business--own property--and to profit thereof--and is being done by both the courts and the defendants by means of racketeering--criminal fraud--and the deliberate obstruction of justice--this is being done by the courts on a deliberate basis!!
(On the grounds of discrimination and for no other reason!!)
Specific markings of identification were inserted into all of my drawings and programs--these markings do not serve any purpose--they are just there to identify my works--just like the treasury department inserts markings into currency to foil would be counterfeiters-any real treasury agent or art forgery security agent can tell you that I am telling the truth-the movie producers without a shadow of a doubt have violated my copyrights-for many years on a repeated basis-the internet is without a shadow of a doubt my original program!!
And the violators have always known this to be true!!
When do I get paid??
I need for my design work to earn for me a living!!
